First month: no-questions refund
If the lists aren’t useful to you, email gery@mondaypermits.ca within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full and cancel your subscription. No explanation needed.
After the first month
Monthly renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel at any time from the subscription portal and you won’t be charged again. You’ll keep receiving lists until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
If something goes wrong on our side
If we miss a weekly list for reasons within our control, tell us and we’ll refund that week. If you were charged in error or twice, we’ll refund the extra charge in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
