Every Calgary building permit from last week. Sorted for your trade.
A permit is the earliest public signal that someone is about to spend money on a property. We read every one the City issues, pull out the jobs your kind of business can sell to, rank them, and email you the list Monday at 7am.
No card, no login, no app. One email, one spreadsheet.

Pick the list that matches what you sell
The raw City feed is one long mixed list. Most of it is irrelevant to any single business. Each pack keeps only the permit types that lead to work for that trade.

Outdoor & Exterior
Every new house, garage and deck is a yard that needs finishing.
Sunday night we pull every permit the City issued in the past seven days.
Each permit is classified (new home, garage, basement, suite, commercial fit-out, demolition…) and scored on project value, freshness and whether a contractor is already on file.
Monday 7am you get an email with the top 25 for your pack, plus a spreadsheet of all of them: address, community, project value, description, contractor, and a Maps link for every row.
You decide what to do with it — door-hanger route, a call to the builder, a quote dropped at the site office. Every row carries the community name, so you can sort the spreadsheet by area and work one neighbourhood at a time.

The City of Calgary publishes issued building permits as open data. We use that official feed and nothing else, under the City’s Open Government Licence.
Does the list include homeowner names or phone numbers?
No. You get the property address, project details and, where the City lists one, the contractor’s business name. We deliberately leave out personal names.
Couldn’t I pull this myself?
Yes — the data is free. You would download the full file every week, filter out the permit classes that don’t matter to you, and sort what’s left. We charge for doing that reliably so it’s waiting for you on Monday.
Which other cities?
The same report is available for:
Edmonton — 283 permits, $92M last week
Vancouver — 71 permits, $26M last week
Do you guarantee jobs?
No. We guarantee the list is complete and on time. What you close from it is up to you.
